The perfect Black Angus ribeye steak

The heart of this sandwich is undoubtedly the ribeye steak. This premium cut of meat is known for its juiciness and rich flavor. When preparing the steak, it is essential to ensure quality. Dining

Roasted peppers for a sweet touch

Roasted peppers not only add a beautiful color to the sandwich, but their sweet, smoky flavor also enhances the meaty notes of the ribeye. Roast the peppers until soft and slightly caramelized, accentuating their natural flavors.

The heavenly garlic mustard sauce

An indispensable element of this sandwich is the homemade sauce of mayonnaise, mustard, smoked paprika powder and garlic. Mix these ingredients in the right proportions for a spicy, creamy sauce that enriches every bite. The garlic sauce adds an extra layer of flavor and ensures perfect harmony between all the ingredients.

Little gem lettuce for freshness

The addition of little gem lettuce brings freshness and crunch to the mix. The small leaves have a delicate taste and add an invigorating texture that balances the whole.

Ciabatta: The ideal sandwich

A good sandwich deserves a good roll, and ciabatta is perfect for this. Its crispy crust and toasted interior form the ideal covering for the flavor explosion of the steak, vegetables and sauce.

Fried onion rings for crunch

Fried onion rings not only add a sweet taste to the sandwich, but also a delicious crunch. Briefly fry the onion rings on each side over high heat and add an extra dimension to every bite.

Cheddar for the finishing touch

Last but not least, the cheddar. The creamy, sharp taste of cheddar adds depth to the sandwich. Place a slice of cheddar on top of the warm steak so that it melts and forms a delicious layer that binds the flavors together.
