- Bread knifefor the brioche bun
- Frying panfor the bacon and eggs

Ingredients
- 1 brioche bun, halved usually available at local bakery
- 2 Eggs
- 3 thick slices of smoked pork belly possibly a larger piece that you can cut yourself
- 2 rags young mature cheese
- 1 stem spring onion finely chopped
- 3 slices jalapeño sweet and sour cut into slices
- 2 leaves of crispy lettuce or little gem
For the spicy cocktail sauce
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Ketchup
- 0,5 tablespoon sambal Badjak
Instructions
Cutting the products
- Cut the pork belly, spring onion, jalapeño and brioche bun as described in the ingredients list.
For the spicy cocktail sauce
- Mix all ingredients together.
Preparation method
- Toast the brioche bun on the inside over medium-high heat until it is golden brown.
- Fry the pork belly until crispy in the pan.
- Also fry the fried eggs in the pan in the bacon fat, sprinkle them with salt and pepper and place the spring onion and cheese slices on top of your eggs. Let this fry and melt for a while
Building the breakfast burger
- Cover the bottom of the bun with a good tablespoon of the spicy sauce.
- Then place the lettuce, bacon and then the eggs with the melted cheese stacked on top of each other.
- Spread another good tablespoon of spicy sauce on it.
- Place the spring onion and jalapeño on top. Then place the lid of your sandwich on top and enjoy of this delicious sandwich!
