Het gerecht is overal ter wereld te vinden in verschillende soorten restaurants. Deze keer maak ik een variant met kip, spek, avocado, gesmolten kaas, komkommer en een lekkere remoulade saus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als eerste hebben we malse platgeslagen kipfilet, perfect gebakken en gekruid voor extra smaak. Spek is een belangrijk onderdeel van de sandwich. Het is knapperig en zout, waardoor het een goede tegenhanger is voor de zachte avocado en kaas. De avocado voegt een romige textuur toe aan de sandwich en geeft het een volle smaak. Gesmolten kaas bindt de verschillende smaken samen en maakt de sandwich lekker smeu\u00efg. Komkommer met een beetje witte wijn azijn voegt een frisse, knapperige textuur toe. Tot slot hebben we een zelfgemaakte saus met mayonaise, peterselie, dragon, basilicum en knoflook. Dit geeft de sandwich een extra kick van smaak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samen vormen deze ingredi\u00ebnten een heerlijke club sandwich. Dus waar wacht je nog op?
