Cut the onion, jalapeño, tomato and lettuce as described in the ingredients list.
Cut open your brioche buns.
Portion the minced meat into balls of 75 grams.
Melt the butter and fry the onions for about 3/4 minutes until golden brown.
Toast the inside of the buns until golden brown and crispy, be careful, they burn quickly!
Now place the meatballs on the baking tray, place the papers on top and press the balls as flat as possible with your hamburger spatula or burger masher. Then remove the baking paper. (if you don't have baking paper, spread a little olive oil on your hamburger spatula or burger masher)
Fry this for 1.5 to 2 minutes and then turn them over with your hamburger spatula. Make sure that your burger patty comes off completely with your spatula and does not stick. The crusts are the best flavors!
Sprinkle the Smashburgers with salt and pepper and place a slice of cheddar on each patty. Fry this also for 1.5 to 2 minutes. Place the burgers on top of each other
